Powdermill Woods
21 September 2019
Clare Whistler and Deborah Kelly invite you to experience the ancient practice of Shinrin-Yoku, a Japanese activity translated as forest bathing- in its simplest form, a gentle walk beneath the canopy of trees, opening to all of our senses and receptivity to the therapeutic qualities of being in beautiful woodland. Studies on Forest bathing have shown a wide range of health benefits including reduced blood pressure, reduced blood cortisone, reduced stress and improved vitality and mood.
